Summer School

So in between waterparks, BBQ's, and lazy summer days I've signed up for The Make It in Design Summer School. It consists of three different levels, Beginner, Intermediate and Advance. While I was very tempted to sign up for all three I decided to stick with just the Intermediate and Advance content. I still think I'm a bit over my head as there is a lot involved with producing good designs in a short amount of time that fits within certain specifications.  But I needed the push to help build my portfolio.

One of the designs above will be my submission for the Intermediate Design Brief. I originally created the design on the middle right to fill the brief. But four hours later I had five other design with other drawing I had. So now I can't really decide. I'm leaning toward the bottom right. All in all I think I have created a pretty nice collection.

These designs I have created for the advance brief, I can't decide which to choose or if I will use either one. This brief really took me out of my comfort zone and I believe you can tell too, there just not really my style. So I may rework them to something that is more me. I must decide quickly tho because the deadline is tomorrow! Talk about procrastination.
